Himalayan Salt Cooking/Serving Plate
Heated: Place the salt tile in oven or on grill at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes to preheat. Once the tile is hot, place meat on it and put it back in the oven or grill. The tile will cook, sear, and season your steak, lamb, fish, shrimp, etc. all at the same time!
Chilled: You can serve salads, fruits, vegetables, sushi and desserts.
Other: Use as a cutting board or serving plate.
TO CLEAN: When the salt tile cools down, wipe the salt plate with a wet towel or sponge. The top layer of the salt plate will melt away and there will be a new refreshed surface. The salt tile is antiseptic and antibacterial - can be used many times, over and over again.
